Application framework and development process
Accelero has developed an application framework for use on .net projects. The framework is based around a number of industry standard design patterns and provides developers with a consistent environment to develop software systems.
Our framework is being used on a number of projects, including:

• A touch screen application for tracking movement of individuals
The framework is multi-tiered and each layer can be isolated onto separate processing environments using web services or application domains as required.
The framework is build upon loosely coupled interfaces and object creation is defined via xml configuration files; this allows maximum runtime flexibility including the ability for real time updates to many system components.
Many mundane tasks that developers regularly need to undertake are no longer necessary, allowing application developers to focus on delivering functionality.
Our approach using the framework is design centric, code is automatically generated from design material, ensuring that changes are encompassed with little implication or effort.
Used alongside our development process, the framework provides a structured approach to software development for organisations with runaway or uncontrolled development schedules.
