Scribe Validation and workflow for digital pen users
The Scribe application is available to all customers using the Digital Pen and Paper solution.
The product includes:
Validation of digital handwriting conversions
Workflow of document from input to recipient
Role based security
Side by side visualisation of handwriting and converted data
Document Portal
The Scribe Document Portal is the key server component in our digital pen and paper suite of products.
The server processing system provides the functionality to recognise handwriting submitted from a digital pen. The server uses Anoto and Vision Objects functionality to provide end users with fast access to data to end users.
Pen files can be forwarded to the server via the internet from a mobile telephone or from a pen docked to a PC using USB.
Options for output from Scribe is varied, ranging from simple e-mail forwarding to complex B2B interactions using our Ayana platform.
Scribe integrates with the Ayana platform to provide document workflow within organisation and the Scribe functionality can be embedded within the client application.
